Welcome to the Lancaster Advertising project communication center

Our easy-to-use project communication system involves two simple steps:

1. Open a ticket for your project, task or request.

2. Once a ticket is created, you can communicate on the ticket using your web browser, your email program – or both. Communicate with our staff, view comps, upload files, etc. using the ticket you created.

All the necessary information and back-and-forth communication for your project, task or request will be easily available to you and our staff on one easy-to-track online ticket. And to keep things moving, each time you or someone on our team makes a change or update on a ticket, the other party is notified immediately by email.

Please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. To update a previously submitted ticket, please use the form to the right. Please note: For security purposes, you must first open a ticket before attaching files to it.

Update Or Review Existing Tickets

For your convenience, we provide a complete record of all current (open) and past (closed) tickets complete with all communication, links, files, etc. each ticket contains. To access any ticket in the system, please use the form below.
